Terms of Service

By completing a booking at Little Beans, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, hygiene, and enjoyment of all our visitors.

1. Parental Supervision

Children remain the absolute responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. Little Beans does not provide childcare services and our staff are not responsible for the supervision of children. Adults must remain on the premises for the duration of the session.

2. Health, Hygiene & Sickness

To prevent the spread of infection, any child who has suffered from sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours must not visit Little Beans. If a child becomes ill during a session, we reserve the right to ask the family to leave to protect other guests.

• Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults in the play area for hygiene and safety.
• Children should wear appropriate clothing (long sleeves and trousers are recommended) to avoid friction burns.

3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

All bookings are final and must be paid for in advance via our secure payment gateway. Because we operate on a strict capacity limit, the following rules apply:

• No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for cancelled bookings or no-shows.
• Rescheduling: Bookings may be moved to a different date with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Capacity: Only the number of guests specified in your booking will be permitted entry.

4. Rules of Play

For the safety of all children, we enforce a strict code of conduct. We reserve the right to ask any person to leave the premises without a refund if they are found to be:

• Displaying aggressive or bullying behaviour towards staff or other guests.
• Using the equipment in an unsafe or destructive manner.
• Vaping or smoking anywhere on the premises.

5. Food & Drink

Only food and drink purchased at our café may be consumed on the premises. We do not permit outside catering, with the exception of baby milk and essential baby food. This is vital for managing allergy risks and maintaining our hygiene standards.

6. Liability

Little Beans accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal property while on our premises. While we maintain all equipment to the highest safety standards, play-related injuries can occur. By signing our digital waiver, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Little Beans is not liable for accidents resulting from standard play behaviour.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is processed securely for the purpose of managing your booking. We do not share your information with third parties. You may receive marketing communications from us only if you have previously opted in.
